Parcelforce driver has stolen my parcel?

We had a parcel collected on Monday and the driver never scanned it in and there has been no movement or further tracking information. The driver didn’t give us a collection slip and never has previously when she’s collected. I’ve tried contacting parcel force but because it was booked through parcel2go they told me to contact them who have not been helpful. Does anyone have ideas on what we can do? We are currently getting cctv from our neighbours to prove it was collected
