Police say an argument could have lead to a deadly shooting Saturday morning at an apartment complex.
KCPD was called to East 29th Street near Prospect before 9:00 a.m. on a reported sound of shots call. While they were on their way, the call was upgraded to a shooting.
People near the scene told officers the victim was in an apartment in the complex. They found Alvin Neal, 47, shot. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officers say they believe an argument between the victim and someone else led to the shooting.
