This reminds me of something funny in hindsight. Â
My parents divorced when I was young and one day my dad was trying to see what kinds of shows my mom would let me watch on TV because he was trying to see if they were 'Christian enough'. Arthur was one show I mentioned and my dad flipped out and replied angrily "the drunk?!" I was replied with "umm... no?" I wondered why he thought an eight year old on a PBS Kids show would be drunk!
That's my dad for you.Â
10 years ago I was looking up for the Arthur theme song and the theme song from this movie came up. It instantly became one of my favorites since then.
No, I just remember seeing the poster whenever I looked up Arthur pictures
I've not only seen this one, I saw the remake starring Russell Brand 😬
Yeah I watched it once. This was like 17 years ago and I was super high and I couldn’t understand certain characters when they talked. I have no idea why I watched it. It had a simple message, but it came from the heart and that’s all that really matters.
How funny, I recently had a conversation with my mother about Arthur and she thought I was referring to this movie.
I've seen bits and pieces of this movie! I remember being so confused when I heard there was an Arthur movie.😅 My sister had the movie's theme by Christopher Cross on our ipods growing up.
The inspiration for Monica Geller’s haircut given to her by Phoebe Buffay 😊
