This sentence looks either not full or not correct, or just slang. but it seems that Alishka approved a meeting today, or gave green light to a meeting today, or arranged a meeting today. Something like this.

"дал добро по встрече" would make more sense to me

Edit: maybe there is a typo: по встречКе, and then it means that Alishka was driving (probably even speeding) in the oncoming traffic line

Thanks is Alishka a name or slang for something?

Alishka is a name. Probably a diminutive from Alisher or Ali. I think the whole phrase is slang

Is there a context? What if Alishka is Ali-express?

It was a post by Mokaev UFC fighter getting his head shaved. Curious on what he meant

Ok so, the barber's name is Ali. But I'm struggling to understand... Probably slang

If it slang it can also mean - Alishka drove on opposite lane today.

Nah, that'd be "по встречке".
