I finally got to check a box of my bucket list. I teach 4th grade and the conversation with my student went like this:
Student: I'm a plane
Me: planes don't flap their arms.
Student: Fine, I'm a bird. Where would you go if you were a bird?
Me: If I were a bird, I'd fly into a ceiling fan.
Student: what!? You'd break your beak
Fellow teacher who knows how much I love this show: you've been waiting your whole life for that.
It felt like hitting a home run. I hope you all get a chance to drop thast line in real life.
