We seek a leader who: Has demonstrated capabilities to actively support and uphold the Catholic Character of our school. Has an understanding of, and commitment to their role as Director of Religious Studies and is excited by developing aspects of their practice. Demonstrates knowledge of and commitment to culturally sustaining practices and is able to implement this through the new Catholic curriculum. Is passionate about education and demonstrates deep pedagogical and curriculum knowledge. Is respected for the quality of their teaching and collaboration. Has a professional presence, (thinks and acts professionally) at all times. Is student, staff and community focussed with a friendly, open approach thus building strong relationships with students, staff, whānau and networks beyond the school.
