Join us for an enchanting concert as we embark on a musical journey through soul-stirring songs! Australian baritone James Roser and Acadian pianist Carl Philippe Gionet met in Vienna fifteen years ago and since then, they have performed regularly together in Austria, England, Scotland and Canada.
For this recital, they will perform the evocative Songs of Travel by Ralph Vaughan Williams, the beautiful cycle Let Us Garlands Bring by Gerald Finzi, and a selection of Lieder by Franz Schubert. Experience the emotion and rich storytelling of these exquisite pieces, and immerse yourself in an afternoon of artistry that celebrates the beauty of the season and the power of music to inspire and uplift!
