Two members of the Union of Campus Journalists, University of Ibadan (UCJUI) have been selected for the 2024 maiden Campus Reporter’s Empower Women in Media Fellowship.
The selected campus journalists for this program are Nusiroh Shuaib, a student from the Department of Library Archival and Information Studies and Glorious Olajire, a student of the Department of Sociology.
The fellowship is an intensive 3-month training program where the participants will learn from accomplished female journalists in West Africa and continue to be mentored by them.
Campus Reporter is a platform built on evidence-based ethical reporting and youth engagement initiatives in campuses around Africa.
Nusiroh is the current Editor-in-Chief for NUESA and LARISSA Press while Glorious is the immediate-past News Editor of FATSSA Press.
