Ive never used a third party apps in my life or cheated. I had vanguard open. Played a game. Got a error saying I need vanguard open. To the say I'm permentatly banned under section 7 wtf???

No. Not when it's a billion dollar company with thousands of staff across the world. The old 2015 client wasn't as half as bad as the current one. That's just factually. This issue is entirely on them and they deserve to be called out on it.
I think you need to understand that those thousands of staff need to accommodate a much larger player base. Just give it some time and play on a separate account for now.
Shit happens when it comes to false positives. If your case truly was one, it will be reverted in a few days tops. Relax and just wait. Not everything is perfect in terms of software, and it never will be.

You have been banned for violating 1 or more user rules. If the VAN code is 152, it means you are also HWID banned and logging into any other account for 4 months will get it permanently suspended. If you believe you are false banned, your best chance is submitting a ticket.

Yea I have the same issue, I hop on, log off, get on and it's banned for section 7 when I never cheated. If I cheated I would be hwid banned but I'm not so I found it strange
Did you buy the account? If you did and the account was botted to level 30. Then that falls under section 7
No I was in a Aram and got a vanguard error. A pop popped up saying I need vanguard open and need to restart. Which makes no sense because I had vanguard and I couldn't be in the Aram without it
I had the same issue. Vanguard will randomly shut off like once a day. Fastest way to turn it back on is to search for services in the search bar. From there find vgc. That's vanguard. You can stop and start it by right clicking.
