In usual fashion though this figure looks like a combination of both looks as the gauntlets are from one costume and the chest is from another LOL

I can relate. I do like somewhat cartoon-y (not too much like the ones with pointy shoulders) action figures, yeah. And to add to that--this one shows much personality. I think since often Robins start their crimefighting as adolescents, the facial expression on this figure is quite apt-- very hormonal and ready to pounce.

Cape and suit look great. Better than the Damian Robin I have standing in as my Tim Drake Robin. But that's a terrible facial expression to be the only head with a figure.

Agree with you on the smirk. It reminds of the awful smirk Damian Wayne head sculpt.
