It was Feb. 23, 2022, when, according to police, they received a report of a sexual assault involving a Red Deer massage therapist.

Through investigation, Mounties said it was then determined and alleged that the man had allegedly sexually assaulted a female youth during a massage at a downtown chiropractor business.

As a result, the man was arrested and charged on Dec. 15, 2022.

There is a publication ban on the name of the victim.
