Hi! My family will be visiting the National Park Service section of Pearl Harbor, but my 18 year old son would like to visit all of the sites (like the submarine museum, the aviation museum and possibly Ford Island), Would he be able to get to these sites without a car? We are open to booking a tour for him, but I think he would prefer to do it at his own pace. We could pick him up when he is done with the museums, but he's the only one interested in doing all of it and he's too young to drive the rental car.
