Right of course. Magneto doesn't have holy weapons.
Holy weapons in of itself aren't enough to put him down since he and other creatures of the night can use holy weapons and gain a resistance to the element. He can also come back from his existence being erased and can fight as a ghost as shown in Harmony of Dissonance.
