Three-time NBA MVP and Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokić has released a new line of SpongeBob SquarePants-inspired sneakers in collaboration with Chinese athletic brand 361 Degrees. This exciting collection celebrates four iconic main characters from the show: SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs.

In December 2023, Jokic signed a signature shoe deal with 361 Degrees, stepping into the role of global brand ambassador for the company. The deal was struck between Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokić and 361 Degrees last year, securing a multi-year shoe deal between these two. This move signifies a departure from his previous association with Nike.

Nikola Jokić told the Viaggio Sport,

"He [Aaron Gordon] influenced a lot. I mean, they [361 brand] were really direct with me, and they were really honest.I talked with AG about everything, and he said to me that they are really good and quick and really listen to you. I am really happy with the relationship that I have right now with them."

The sneaker collection features four unique characters inspired by a beloved character from SpongeBob SquarePants. The SpongeBob-inspired sneaker features an all-yellow design with hints of translucent green on the midsole and a brown rubber outsole.

Patrick Star sports a peachy and yellow color scheme while the Squidward-inspired sneaker is characterized by a muted green and purple palette. Mr. Krabs features an icy translucent design and coral red accents. Each sneaker is adorned with a corresponding character tag, adding a playful touch to the high-performance footwear.
