Right now I am very new to bass just picked it up a couple of days ago. I am trying to learn the beginning of psycho killer - the talking heads. when I lift the E string off the 5th fret to shorten the note it makes a fret buzzing noise, why is this and how do I fix it. Also I tested it with other fret seems to be an issue across the bass.
