What a fun collection of Connections for players in today's game. The word-matching game is always a good time and today's particular categories are an enjoyable bunch. There's nothing too niche in the chosen word grouping today that would ruin someone's win streak. However, if you're not careful some well-placed misdirections could push you right into a loss.
For today's Connections, it would be good to have some prior knowledge of 70s rock bands and animal accessories. A few selections might trick you into an incorrect category, so take your time with today's game. If you're unsure of a word, double- and triple-check that it all makes sense as a whole. It never hurts to try to guess the category before hitting that submit button.

BRASS |
CHEEK |
GALL |
NERVE |
NERVE and GALL were the first two words we noticed on this particular category, followed quickly by BRASS. It took us a bit longer to know that CHEEK fit in here, but the most concerning part is we've never heard of the word hutzpah before. What even is that? Google solved our problem by defining it as "extreme self-confidence or audacity." So we get it now, and we are quite full of chutzpah.

LEAD, BRASS, and MERCURY tried their hardest to confuse us into picking the wrong matches. but in the end, our love of dogs won out. COLLAR and HARNESS were the first two words we noticed and it didn't take long to realize this is about dogs.

Another quick score with the blue category today. GLOBE and RECORD were the first two that we saw but it only took a little look around to see TOP and CAROUSEL fit right in with a spinning theme.
"ME" should have been a word choice in this one, because you spin me right round baby, right round.

FERRY |

Thank goodness for leftover words because we did not know who FERRY was referring to. After a quick Google it was revealed that it's probably Bryan Ferry from Roxy Music. My lack of 70s music stars is showing, but an overall solid win for us in today's Connections.
