Henry William Chiosi OBITUARY

Henry William Chiosi

Age 73 years. Long time resident of Petaluma, CA passed away December 28, 2003. Beloved husband of Lauretta S. Chiosi of 50 years. Loving father of Valerie Edwards and her husband Lawrence, Dana Chiosi, Pati Vincent, Bill Chiosi and his wife Kim, Michael Hurst, and surrogate son, Bill Timmins. Beloved grandfather of Samera and Isaac Edwards; Neva and Adam Chiosi; Brian, Paige and Tim Vincent; Brandi, Billy, Megan Chiosi, and Jessie Hast; Zachary Hurst and Diana Baldes and her husband Mark. Survived by his great granddaughter Kelsi Vincent. Henry is also survived by his beloved sisters Alma Buchignani and Adelia Lichau and her husband Ernie. Uncle to Shirley and Rich Buchignani, and Suzanne Lichau. Great uncle to Aleidria and Ajna Lichau and Eugene and Alexandria Brichacek. Henry is also survived by numerous cousins both in the United States and Switzerland.

Henry is a retired business owner for 25 years at Chiosi Auto Electric and Brake in Novato. Henry is a veteran of the Korean War; a lifetime member of the VFW; 49 year member and past president and financial officer of the Native Sons of the Golden West, Nicasio Parlor #183; a 33 year member of the Petaluma Elks Lodge #901, Moose Lodge #475, Swiss Club, SIRS #100, and Penngrove Social Fireman. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and is especially known for his love of cooking for his friends, family, and organizations. He enjoyed RVing all over the country with his loving wife – Lauretta, their dog – CoCo and close friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 31 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Magnolia Ave. & Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 1, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY.
