1,500-home master-planned community underway in Terrell 

TERRELL – Hines and Trez Capital are planning a 700-acre master-planned community near US 80. 

Called Northspur, the community will have roughly 1,500 single-family homes, with about 230 home sites in the initial phase.  

Homes will range from 1.5 to three bathrooms and two to four bedrooms with a variety of lot sizes. Prices will range from the $300,000s to $500,000s. 

Hines has been working on roads and utilities since acquiring the land in May 2021. 

The lots are expected to be ready for builders this quarter, and sales will begin in June.

Completion is slated for this fall.
