Do you listen to a certain song so you don’t crack?

Coffee - Chappell Roan

In an interview she said she wrote it in a idealistic way because she did meet up with her ex when she should’ve stayed away. I listen to remind myself to stay tf away.

Been on the verge of cracking. Please help with more songs.

Slainte if you do!

In a similar vein, Paraguaya by Juana Molina is such a powerful song for really thinking through what the best case scenario of reaching out looks like.

Even if they reciprocate, the issues that causes the break in the first place don't stop existing and any reignition of love is snakebit.

Ugh you’re so right. Hard to let go some days.

Tried them all. This is PAIN but a good kind. Thank you. 🙏

You're very welcome. I'm a bit past that stage now but all through March I listened to every sad acoustic/folk song imaginable and it really helped me process my emotions.

Actually all four of those artists have other breakup songs that are just as good, if not better that might be worth checking out!

I put on Staind - Confessions of the Fallen...the entire album. I binge listened to this when the breakup happened...it makes me not forget the pain and anger.
