I’d like to see a story about an older Bullseye trying to survive in a post apocalyptic wasteland and satisfy his desire to kill people in extravagant ways. A similar story about Sabretooth or Carnage would be great too. Even better if they’re trying to avoid capture and death on the orders of a powerful villain (Dr. Doom, Red Skull, Leader etc.) that managed to build an empire in the ruins.

Kraven, in a climate change wasteland, could be good.

There’s a post-apocalyptic Bullseye in the Old Man Hawkeye series, so you should check it out and see if it’s similar to what you’re hoping for.

Big Wheel: Fury Road. Or alternatively, I’d love to see Electro in a post-apocalyptic world where electricity is scarce, having to get by as an ordinary human except for rare instances where he can get some juice in him

There's a couple villains that I would want to se in a dystopian story. Either Hobgoblin (Phil Urich or Roderick Kingsley) would work in a dystopian story. Or possibly a Demogoblin if the "They're a demon" part is downplayed.

I wonder how someone like Doctor Octopus would survive in a dystopian or post-apocalyptic.

Loved to see an old and grizzled Taskmaster coming out of retirement.

The Wrecking Crew in a post apocalypse setting would be cool.

Ra’s, Vandal Savage, and Etrigan make sense for a wasteland thing.

mysterio, uses his holographic tech to make everything pretty, uses his tech to act like he beat spider-man and is a good looking guy....but in truth it's all a lie. Story been done a million times but still could be cool
