SRC, Inc. has announced multiple promotions across the enterprise.

JOHN (JACK) FRANZ has been named director, engineering services. He started with SRC in 2012, most recently serving as a program administrator. In his new role, Franz will lead multiple teams providing acquisition and engineering support to numerous intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft programs, as well as performing engineering integration work on the Joint Mission Planning System for military aircraft, weapon and sensor missions. He will also provide strategic oversight, engage with customers, pursue opportunities and be responsible for program execution within his business area. Franz has a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics from Saint Louis University and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Oklahoma.

SCOTT HULIK has stepped into the role of director, quality. In his new role, he will lead both the design and program quality engineering and configuration management groups. His organization will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support new product-realization activities within SRC and improve the quality of its products and services. Hulik has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in engineering management from Syracuse University.

DARREK (DJ) ISEREAU now assumes the role of director, autonomous information and multi-INT sensing at SRC. He first joined the enterprise in 1997 as an engineer. In this new role, Isereau will provide senior leadership and technical guidance while continuing to lead multiple teams in the discovery and design of smarter, more autonomous collaborative systems. Isereau holds bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering from Clarkson University and mathematics from SUNY Potsdam. He also has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University.

LISA KENNEDY has been promoted to director, corporate controller. She joined SRC in 2015. As director, Kennedy will lead an effort to enhance the internal control framework within the chief financial officer’s office and will be developing a plan for continuous process improvement as SRC moves forward with process automation. Kennedy is a certified public accountant. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Le Moyne College.

NICHOLAS REPPARD has been appointed to director, collaborative sensors and effectors. He has been with SRC for 18 years, most recently as the product-development director. In his new role, Reppard will lead programmatic and technical cross-functional teams through design, development, build, integration, test, and demonstration of complex collaborative systems. He will also provide strategic vision casting for the advancement of core competencies, technologies and products within his business area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clarkson University and master’s degrees in electrical and systems engineering from Syracuse University and John Hopkins University, respectively.
