I wasn't sure what the roundish lump near the visible ear was - is it a hair bun? It's an unusual place to put it but there is nothing Japanese art won't try.
Otherwise I like it, especially the rest of the hair and the shirt - there is some nice movement and folds. You might like to try experimenting with different shadow colours too for different moods.
