Glasgow is set for another scorcher this weekend with temperatures set to soar.

According to the BBC Weather, on Saturday (May 18) we will see highs of 22C and lows of 11C with plenty of sunny spells. Experts say it will actually "feel" like 24C meaning the city will be just as hot as sunny Spain.

It will most definitely be 'taps-aff' weather so get yourself to the nearest park, beach or beer garden to soak up the rare Glasgow sight.

But how long will this glorious weather last for? Here's what we know so far.

Experts have predicted that patches of fog will soon lift on Saturday morning (May 18) and make way for "plenty" of sunny spells. It will be a bright afternoon with temperatures slowly creeping to 22C by 3pm, before climbing down to 15C at 10pm. Although, there is also a small chance of a few isolated showers throughout the day (something us Glaswegians are use to!)

Sunday isn't looking so bright with most of the day looking rather overcast and highs of 19C.

The sunshine will continue into next week as Monday, May 20th appears widely sunny. However, Tuesday will become unsettled as showery spells of rain move in - conditions will be heavy and thundery in some places.
