u/Xbox, a lot of us have been having issues recording/taking clips since the April console update. The May update seems to have made it even worse.
I know you're the PR team, but please try to notify whoever's responsible for fixing this. If you can, please also pop in here (or one of the many other threads in r/XboxSupport ) to let us know if there's a fix coming. Anything just to let us know you guys are aware of it.
We've all tried reporting to the usual status page, but after over a month it hasn't even registered a limited outage. We've done the usual attempts to fix it on our ends, even full factory resets, but the problem remains, No one on your support pages or Twitter has been able to help us. It started after the April console update for all of us, so we're positive it's to blame.
