Please first of all know that I'm not, in any way, responsible for any bricked device and also know that after you unlock your device's bootloader, your warrenty will be VOID.
So, I know that there is already a root guide for sm-x200 and sm-x205 but both of those methods did not work for me. So,I am posting this method that worked for me and is more likely to work than the other 2.. But this is more complicated than the other ones. So i would suggest to try them first. This is the link to the other guide.
NOTE: This Guide Will be divided into 3parts.
Tip : You can also install custom ROMs and GSI for sm-x200 and sm-x205 from here... Though preferably you should do it after rooting your device.

NOTE: This Guide Will be divided into 3parts.
Part 1: Resources.
- Download Odin 3.14.4 form here.
- Download 7zip.
- Download The lastest Firmware of your device from samfw.com or you can just download the AP file as we just need that.
- Download Magisk on Your device.
Part 2:Unlock Bootloader.
Step 1: First things first, check to see that your gadget has enough amount of energy and that it is linked to a Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Now go to Settings > Software update > System updates > After that, tap on the option to either Check for system updates or Download and install the update (If you find an update available, install it first).
Step 3: After that, you will need to activate the developer option on your Samsung smartphone.
If you follow the instructions indicated below, you will be able to activate the developer settings:
Note: Performing this action will put the Samsung device you are using into Download/Recovery Mode.
Step 5: Press the Volume Up key on the phone until the "Unlock Bootloader" screen displays. This should be done as soon as you reach the Download or Recovery menu.
Step 6: Then, on the next page, hold the Volume Up button once again to unlock the bootloader [If you are prompted that unlocking the bootloader would wipe all of the data that is currently stored on your device, continue].
Step 7: The next step is to wait until the procedure is finished when your device restarts.

- Stage 5: After that, go to the settings menu of your Samsung device and look for the option labeled Developer.
- Stage 6: Launch the Developer Option at this time.
- Stage 7: After that, activate the OEM Unlocking toggle button and, if prompted, permit to do so.
Note: Performing this action will put the Samsung device you are using into Download/Recovery Mode.

Part 3: Root
1.Install Magisk on Your device.
2.Transfer WHOLE AP file from Computer to device.
3.Go to magisk - Install - Select and Patch a file- Select AP file - After it is installed transfer The NEW AP file from device to computer.
4.Extract the NEW AP file and the stock AP file in diffrent folders.
5.In the extracted NEW AP file , delete vbmeta.img and vbmeta_system.img and then go to stock AP file and copy The stock vbmeta.img and vbmeta_system.img to the NEW AP file.
6.Then right click the new AP extracted file with the stock vbmeta and vbmeta_system images and got ot 7zip - Add to Archive - Select Archive as 'tar' and click OK.
7.Now connect the device to your computer And put it in download mode.
8.Go to odin - Click AP section and select the new AP file with the stock vbmeta and vbemta_system images.
9.Click Start.
note: you can turn of auto reboot but it also works with auto reboot turned on. I prefer auto reboot turned on.
10.Now, ENJOY YOUR ROOTED DEVICE.
