It's Not Just A Farmer's Market

Hey it’s Leslie Harris, and most of the towns in the western suburbs have great farmers markets, but Naper Settlement’s Farmers market offers even more.

The Farmers market at Naper Settlement is free, every Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from June 25th to September 17th. You’ll find a large array of produce and other food items such as spices and seasonings, coffee and tea, hummus, bakery goods, honey and even pet food.

They’ll also have live bluegrass and country music every Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 on the Paw Paw Post office front porch.

But what really sets this farmer’s market apart from others is that they’re also offering free classes every Tuesday at 5:00. You can learn about sustainable gardening, attracting pollinators, composting, and even dementia and gardening.
