HOW TO USE THE BRAIN BREAK WORKSHEET FREE PDF?

After you print the worksheet follow the directions on the page. Keep in mind you can print the worksheet in color or black and white. The color words are written on the worksheet if you want to print in black and white. You could also use a crayon and color in the top row if your students can not read color words yet.

  1. Copy the actions that the stick figures or the hand is doing. BE VERY SPECIFIC. If the picture is bending their leg, the student should bend their leg.
  2. Look for the same figure on the page.
  3. Color it in the correct color.
  4. Repeat for all the actions. There are five actions to copy.
