MIAMI – A boater struck and killed a wakeboarder on Saturday off Key Biscayne and did not stop to help after the collision in the Nixon Beach Sandbar area.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission responded at about 4:30 p.m., after a light blue center console boat struck the girl.
Police officers responded to the Bill Baggs Cape State Park.
