Coleen Garcia Offers A Chill Response To The Breakup Rumors
Coleen is this week's guest on Luis' YouTube channel. In the interview, Coleen talked about her water birth experience, life as a mom and wife, and how she handles gossip over her marriage.
Luis said, "I see you guys on social media. I see how happy you are as a family, as a unit pero recently may mga lumalabas na mga isyu-isyu. Nakita ko rin yun na naging siguro for a few weeks naging pulutan kayo."
Coleen interjects a "Talaga?!" in the middle of Luis' statement before she asks for the topic of the issues. Luis replied, "Na parang sinasabi you guys are on the rocks."
"Baka kasi tahimik kami," said Coleen, referring to how she and Billy can be *low-key* on social media. She clarified that they are also going through a "major transitional phase" as a couple right now.
"I try to become more active on social media because it has become an extension of my job," she said. "Like a lot of the work I get nowadays is from social media talaga. So I try to be active but at the same time like we're going through a major transitional phase in our life. Yun nga we're moving houses and we're going through a lot like si Billy he has new businesses. So siguro kasi hindi kami nagpaparamdam online. Yun ba yun? Maybe."
She continues, "Even this year nga, hindi kami magkasama sa anniversary namin, baka hindi kami magkasama sa birthday niya...we're doing all these sacrifices kasi he has work abroad. We're trying to sacrifice as much as we can for the sake of our future also together."
Coleen declared, "Hindi nagkaroon ng time na parang nagkahiwalay kami or pahiwalay na. Never. Parang ever since we got married walang naging mabigat na kasalanan sa akin si Billy."
Coleen Admits That She Used To Be The Jealous Type
Luis furthered the interview with a few hot-seat questions. When asked if she's the jealous type, Coleen said, "I used to be really selosa."
The actress went on to say that over time she and Billy were able to work on trusting each other and prioritizing her comfort while understanding the nature of their industry. " If may kasama man siyang other girls, wala sa akin yun," she said.
On the other hand, Coleen revealed that sometimes Billy speaks with her on-screen partners before shooting intimate scenes. It recently happened for One Night, Coleen's latest movie with Diego Loyzaga.
Coleen said, "He admits that sometimes that he'd rather it not happen, that it bothers it sometimes yun mga scenes na ganoon. But he also understands na kailangan eh. Ang corny naman kung gagawa ka ng love story tapos limited just because may asawa ako."
