The hotel in every respect was substandard to say the least. The staff were unwilling to address issues and seemed as fatigued by the experience of being in the space as we were. A terrible stay. We knew it was budget accommodation but even so it was well below what you might consider a minimum for hotel accommodation.
Dirty bathroom - mould on ceiling & what looked like faeces that had run down the toilet to the floor! Hotel also ran out of toilet roll 😳🤷🏻♀️
Zero ventilation in the room making it unbearably hot! Window only opened a tiny amount but even that was enough to prevent sleep from street/road noise if you wanted to be able to breath!
Double rooms are noisy being on rail side. Ground floor rooms are not maintained with damaged washrooms. Staff is poor with their service ; they do not know which rooms are occupied and which vacant, on top of that they are ill-behaved.
What a lovely clean hotel with comfortable beds and nice bar area, suitiated Close to so many of the attractions in London. But above all, the customer service skills of Doris on reception and the bar team was so welcoming and friendly. We will return because of their customer service. Great team
Stayed for one night after a wedding. Great price for London, clean, friendly staff. Would recommend
