I just got back to playing the game after the punk dlc dropped and low and behold.. 2K apparently broke the modern titles again.
Those with default side plates apparently breaks the title. SMH. This was not here day one.

Me too. Adding the custom side plates back knowing it was broke is so negligent on their part.
Broke again? Were they ever actually working?
They worked on 23 when the game was nearing the end. They always do this fix problems as they go but when the new games arrive its like they reset everything to zero.
Is there not a way to remove sideplates completely? I rather superstars not have them, then to have it shrink the main plate.
Give Them a break. They just added sideplates a year or 2 ago. Sideplates may not work for the next several years the way 2k does things.
Hahaha they’ve had plenty of breaks and have broken enough things.
They added them 5 years ago in 2k19 so they've had plenty of time to fix them
Ahhh I had no idea they were added that long ago. It feels like it was a new feature since 2k22 or last year. Yea thats excessive now.
It wasnt broken since the game was launched just their recent patch enabling custom sideplates again on the title ruined it.
