Im re-watching Amphibia, so yes, I'd totally would vote Ann (if the end of the series) because she showed character development and specially care about others, so she would be an amazing president, or mayor

I'd vote for a President Phineas. He's actually smart enough to know how to tackle America's gun problem, plus it's stated in Quantum Boogaloo that he and Ferb respectively win the Nobel Prize which several US presidents have done, and wind up doing something (the show never specifies what exactly) at Camp David so it can reasonably be assumed that he and/or Ferb will be a world leader 20 years from the main show.
I, for one, welcome Turanga Leela as our first female president.
I was watching The Cookie Carnival so not sure how long she would last for. Being ruled over by cookies does not seem to be a good idea.
