In recent days the Carabinieri of the Carabinieri Station Command of Sora in the province of Frosinone, they arrested a 36-year-old already known to the police, he will now have to serve the remaining sentence of one year, four months and 14 days in prison for the crime of theft committed in 2008.

In recent days, the Carabinieri of the Sora Carabinieri Station Command, they arrested a 36-year-old resident of Sorano and already known to the police, in execution of the provision for expiation of prison sentence - “under house arrest“, issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Court of Appeal of Roma.
The man will have to serve the residual sentence of one (1) years, four (4) months and fourteen (14) days of imprisonment for the crime of “theft in competition" (110 penal code and 624 penal code), committed in the year 2008.
The man, at the end of the formalities, was transported to his home, as ordered by the competent Judicial Authority, where he will serve the sentence inflicted on him
Goes on the daily commitment of the men and women of the Sora Carabinieri Company, both for the prevention and repression of every form of illegality and in the execution of the provisions issued by the Judicial Authority, in trials already concluded with convictions.
