    AC/DC Original Australian Albums.
All analog vinyl from the original master tapes.
Only if these were made to sound the best they can.
Not one of those cooperate cashgrab garbage reissues.
Put the same care into these as they did with the Beatles Mono box.
There is so many great live recordings from the 70’s,include them too.

This will always be my #1 pick for a deluxe box set reissue. In fact, I would buy two copies ^ they will never leave my home!
The complete "Superstars Of The 70's" set.

Gordon Lightfoot full-discography LP box with good mastering and pressing would be nice.

I second your vote! That would be an awesome set! Along with that, I would love to see a movie made of "If You Could Read My Mind".

My answer is always the same - a comprehensive American Music Club box set of their albums from 1985-1991: The Restless Stranger, Engine, California, United Kingdom and Everclear, with optional bonus rarities disc.

It's all available for download on their Bandcamp page but in terms of physical media, they've all been languishing out of print for a very long time, the late 90s at least. I think there were plans for some kind of AMC physical reissue campaign in tandem with their Bandcamp being launched, but that was a couple of years ago and it would seem that idea has been quietly dropped.

Queen released a box set with all their studio records on vinyl. I wish they would release a new box set that had all their live records. Would easy buy!

The Misfits - the coffin box left a lot to be desired. The sessions disc was great, but we need all the correct singles mixes. The Collection I/Collection II discs were a mess. Plus, Walk Among Us was left off due to licensing issues. I'm surprised, with all the reunion shows they have been playing, that a Singles Collection boxset has not been issued...complete with picture sleeves, inserts, alternate covers and the Beware EP. They could make a killing on this.

    Artist Box Set:

Opal/Clay Allison - the band featuring David Roback and Kendra Smith that eventually morphed into Mazzy Star. They have more unreleased material than released and much of it is sublime,

    Genre Box Set:
Maybe this exists somewhere, but a label hopping “best of Dub” comp from the 1970s. B sides, extended mixes, etc. 5 LPs, 42 minutes each. Let the Dub flow!

Unfortunately, I think Everclear won't be a part of any reissue campaign as Alias (the label that put it out) seems unwilling to part with what they deem to be their property. Yo La Tengo has been trying for years to get the rights back to May I Sing With Me to no avail, so I would imagine Eitzel and co. would have the same luck.

John Lennon Walls and Bridges mega set. Include Rock and Roll sessions. Have one disc of the album free of strings and horns. Underneath that 70's sound is one of Lennon's best set of songs.

    This is a great subject.

The first item in my wish list would be a Yes "Relayer" era tour boxset. Judging from the unofficial recordings, they were on fire on that tour.

I agree. It's mind boggling that music from both the Bob Welch and Buckingham Nicks versions of Fleetwood Mac have never appeared on any Steely Dan box.
