AN INVERCLYDE holiday park resident was more than three times the drink-drive, it is alleged.
Lynn Kelly is charged with driving a Volkswagen Polo at Wemyss Bay caravan park with 69mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 22mcg.
Kelly, 45, of Renfrew, is said to have committed the alleged Road Traffic Act offence on May 21 last year.
She has pleaded not guilty through solicitor Amy Spencer at Greenock Sheriff Court and a trial has been scheduled for September 4.
