How can I activate this option from the start menu? Is there a way to do it, or do I need to flash it? Odin? Which program can I use to flash it? The tablet keeps rebooting and returns to the start menu. I can enter download mode.

Thanks a lot

Hello, I didn't explain myself well. The tablet continuously restarts when I turn it on and ends up in the startup menu, where I do NOT SEE the option to factory reset. The tablet does not reach Android, I cannot access anything. The tablet belongs to a family member, and I wanted to know how to make it usable, if it is possible to perform a factory reset from the startup menu or if, on the other hand, flashing the tablet could solve the issue.

Thanks

I have tried to flash tablet with Odin using the firmware downloaded from:
https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-T736B/SEE/T736BXXU1BVE2

But have this problem, anyone can help me please?, tried with using check "USERDATA" too, but always have the same error:

The tablet shows this message at botton (red) when the process stops:

Thanks a lot my friends....
Try flashing with just BL, AP and CSC. Unless your tablet has phone modem you don't need CP and you don't need Userdata at all.

What is the model number of your tablet and what version of firmware are you trying?

edit: Sorry. I looked at your earlier post and see that you have a T736B and are trying to flash BVE2 firmware. That firmware is way out of date. The latest version appears to be DXA2. You need to download that version and flash it with BL, AP, CSC and CP. https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-T736B/SEE/T736BXXU4DXA2

Hello again, after a few days I turned on the tablet and noticed that it started up as if from another partition, as it shows a completely different desktop:

I bought this tablet second-hand, but it seems to come from a store (LEROY Merlin). The thing is, I tried to reset it to factory settings from Android, but it doesn't let me; the option is disabled:

The only way it appears as when I flashed it is by booting in safe mode.

Do I need to do anything before flashing the tablet to ensure that everything is completely erased? Thank you very much for your help.

I would backup all your personal data stored on that device. Then boot it into recovery mode, wipe the cache partition, then wipe the data and perform a hard factory reset.
