Connor Bradley and Tyler Morton absolutely delighted with news coming out of Liverpool

Liverpool are set for a new era under Arne Slot in the coming months and years and there’s been some more good news coming out of the club this weekend.

The Reds are all set for Jurgen Klopp’s final two games in charge and as it stands, are actually still in with a small chance of winning the title.

As we know, that small chance revolves around Liverpool winning both their games and both Arsenal and Man City losing.

But beyond just this season, there are more important matters at play with Liverpool as a whole and part of that is making sure they’ve got key players tied down to new deals, as well as emerging youngsters.

This weekend, the Reds have announced that one of their most promising youngsters, Kaide Gordon, has put pen to paper on a brand new long-term deal.

And reacting to the news, a number of Liverpool players have shown their delight towards Gordon and his new deal.

Kaide Gordon among a number of Liverpool starlets emerging

For all the good work Jurgen Klopp has done at Liverpool, one of his proudest moments will be leaving behind a legacy of excellent young players.

We’ve already seen the likes of Connor Bradley and Jarrell Quansah cement themselves in the first-team picture, while the likes of Lewis Koumas and Jayden Danns have also had their moments.

There are more as well, and Kaide Gordon is among a group who could star for Liverpool for years to come.

Yes, new signings will be important this summer as Arne Slot gets to work.

But having these young players tied down to fresh terms is equally as important and someone like Gordon could save the Reds millions down the line.
