No. The social credit one is kinda offensive to me though
Does that really exist?😬🫠
It doesn't. That's why it's offensive. We don't even really have a credit score system, let alone social credit score
Wow really? I’ve watched documentaries dedicated to it claiming there is an entire population who can’t do things like buy a plane ticket because bad social credit.
Really, our (US) credit score system alone is…. somewhat a social credit system but not political, if something more invasive existed that would be terrible. Some people can’t even cash a check if their credit score is too bad in the US.
"documentaries"... That's not how you spell propaganda.
Not saying all documentaries, just that... If it's about the present rival or enemies of United States, remember who told you they have proof of WMD in Iraq
Or Uyghur, or live organ harvesting, or Winnie the Pooh being outright banned in China. (Books and toys aside, there's 2 Winnie the Pooh rides in Shanghai Disneyland)
It's true that there's a group of people in China banned from buying "high-end products" including plane tickets because they violated court orders. You can translate this page to know more https://www.chinacourt.org/article/detail/2022/08/id/6881984.shtml
"Bing Chiling" is alright
"social credit" or "chabuduo" jokes are unfunny as fuck. Can't help but feel offended by them
I hate these memes that make fun of Chinese culture
As an American I'm deeply offended by Chinese depictions of Americans and their influence on our entertainment industry namely Hollywood movies.
