Saw something in Sky earlier that really surprised me, apparently Emerson is 4th in the 'Most tackles made' category.
Probably surprised me cos I've never really rated his defending, but really like his attacking ability.
Just goes to show eh.

Masuaku was always very high in the tackle count when he played LB.
I sometimes think full backs shouldn't necessarily be making a lot of tackles as it suggests possibly out of position a lot
Who else is in th3 list?

Makes me wonder whether Vim virus Souza might be a cost effective squad option. No nothing about him but wonder what his other stats show.

Emerson’s form has certainly dropped off in recent weeks but I feel like in some instances people are trying to rewrite his season. Defensively he’s probably been our best player this season, it’s our centre backs that have been a real problem.
