Is there an app or chatbot that serves like a regular attendee in the meeting. If anyone send a message in the chat (either directly to the chatbot or to all attendees), the message should show up on a centralized dashboard. And maybe a team member on call can respond promptly on the dashboard, and the response will appear in their chat.
