Bianca and Britney were full of compliments for Whitney. But upon discovering that the items Bianca and Britney had tracked down for her impending wedding to Zack had been stolen, Whitney stormed off.

In the clip posted to McGarty's Instagram account, the actor revealed that when she first shot the scene, upon storming out of the kitchen she took a vegetable cart with her.

"So, if you watched tonight's EastEnders episode, directed by Jamie Annet, THIS, is what actually happened! Watch the vegetable trolley. My laugh!," she wrote in the captain, while also tagging co-star Patsy Palmer.

The clip shows the cart, which sits in the corner of the kitchen by the door, getting caught on the back of Whitney's dress as she slides past it. McGarty and Palmer then erupt into fits of laughter.

Co-stars including Heather Peace and Ellie Dadd commented on the post with laughing emojis, while fans also found the blunder hilarious, with many commenting that they would miss McGarty when she leaves the soap.

The star confirmed her decision to bow out of EastEnders last year, telling Inside Soap: "I want to pursue things that are in my heart, like singing – stuff that I've been doing since childhood and dreaming about. EastEnders has been amazing; I just want to do other things."
