Reggie Miller Took 'Clear Shot' At LeBron On Sunday Night's Broadcast
Turner Sports broadcaster Reggie Miller took what some believe to be a "clear shot" at LeBron James during Sunday night's Timberwolves vs. Nuggets game.
Miller, one of the best shooters in NBA history, praised Anthony Edwards for taking ownership of his team's poor outing in Game 3. While praising Edwards, many think that Miller was calling out LeBron James.
"I'm an even bigger fan of Anthony Edwards. We've got certain guys with veteran status in our game that are on a lot of people's Mount Rushmore that like to deflect and point fingers at others. Here's a 22-year-old saying, it's my fault. And I applaud that," Miller said.
We're not sure anyone but LeBron would qualify as a "veteran" of the game who's on "a lot of people's Mount Rushmores."
LeBron is one of the greatest players in NBA history, but he's gone through his fair share of head coaches. The Lakers fired head coach Darvin Ham following a disappointing finish to the 2024 season. Before Ham, the Lakers fired head coach Frank Vogel.
But was Reggie Miller out of line in calling out LeBron James on Sunday evening?
