CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Baylor men's will have to wait an extra day to try and punch its ticket to the NCAA Championship after rain caused a suspension of play early in the third round Tuesday at Finley Golf Club.
All five Baylor players were on the course when the horn sounded, with BU sitting in a tie for fourth at 11-under alongside Georgia Tech. The Bears and Yellowjackets hold the final two spots into the NCAA Championship with Long Beach state just a shot behind, followed by Alabama four shots back. The regional will not extend beyond Wednesday.
