A 1920s swing dance is taking place in the newly-decorated French ballroom in Bradford’s Midland Hotel.
The dance is being held to raise funds for the hire of a dance marquee for Saltaire 1940s weekend on June 29 and 30.
There will be swing music by DJ Windy.

Members of the Art Deco Society UK will be in attendance at the event to see the French ballroom and hear about the restoration of the Art Deco ballroom in nearby Bradford Live which opens later this year.
There will be many photo opportunities in this atmospheric hotel for dancers on the night.
The event, on Sunday May 19, runs between 6pm and 10pm. Tickets are £10 and can be purchased from the website Ticket Tailor (tickettailor.com) or by emailing  marie@vintagespotlight.co.uk.
