What does it mean to reach Nirvana?

General ✨

Reaching that state of Nirvana needs the state of Sat Chit Ananda, Nirvana. Nirvana or Ananda means eternal bliss. It comes from living in truth consciousness. It is enlightenment. It is spiritual awakening. Normally, man lives with the triple suffering, the pain of the body, misery of the mind, agony of the ego. Not only does he go through aches and pains of the physical self, he also experiences fear, worry, stress, anxiety, regret, shame and guilt. He has anger, hate, revenge, jealousy, pride, greed and selfishness. These 14 monsters are left behind by the enlightened one, who attains that state of Nirvana. He accepts, he surrenders, he enjoys eternal bliss, living in the present moment in truth consciousness. This is Nirvana, the state of liberation from all misery on earth and freedom from the cycle of rebirth.
