New girl at high school. advice

Friend Advice Needed/Given

Hello, I am f17 and I will soon be entering this august as a senior in some Mississippi High School. I have studied in Mexico by whole life, but I do speak English fluently. Thing is, I haven´t studied in the US since the 3rd grade and I am quite scared to enter as a new girl senior since Ive seen the movies and tv shows references of like the new girl eating alone at lunch, being bullied and overall being a social reject. I am quite shy and maybe a bit introverted. Do any have advice on how to deal being new to a US high school? I do feel anxious and scared.
