The exciting is mounting in Sheffield ahead of the opening of what will be Europe’s ‘largest’ purpose-built food hall.
Cambridge Street Collective is finally set to throw its doors open to the public on Thursday, May 23.
The full list of 20 vendors serving food and drink from around the world has now been confirmed.
They include a new offering from the duo behind a Michelin-recommended restaurant, and many more independent traders bringing global flavours from Thailand to Mexico, via West Africa.
Cambridge Street Collective, run by the people behind the popular Cutlery Works food hall, will have space for 1,200 diners.
There will be rooftop terraces, augmented reality darts, a children's play area and free family activities.

17. Egg & Co
Egg & Co is described as the first 'egg sandwich concept' up north. Their 'exceptional' brunch sandwiches promise to 'kickstart your day with a burst of flavour and energy'. Umer Khalid founded the business with a vision to 'elevate the simple egg sandwich to new heights of deliciousness'. 18. Locale Coffee
Locale Coffee is a fresh concept from the team behind Cuppers Choice Coffee Roasters, based on Carlisle Street East in Sheffield. Jasper, Harley, and Thomas took a risk by launching their coffee roasting business amid the Covid pandemic but have quickly established themselves as one of the top names in the UK speciality industry. 19. Frerot
Frerot is the latest venture from brothers Luke and Joseph Grayson, the duo behind the Michelin-acclaimed Juke & Loe restaurant which sadly closed earliert this year. Details about Frerot are limited at this stage but it has been described as a 'modern British dining on-the-counter experience'.
