The AILA NJ Chapter presents Director & Pro Bono Counsel Barbara Camacho with the Pro Bono Champion Award. This award recognizes Barbara's positive impact through pro bono work and commitment to providing justice to lesser-served and vulnerable members of local immigrant communities. Recipients of this award handle a significant number of complex and unusually difficult cases.
Barbara was honored with the Pro Bono Champion Award at a ceremony on May 9, 2024.
