Vicky Kaushal, who ended the year 2023 with immense appreciation for his role in Sam Bahadur, is busy wrapping up his upcoming projects. With multiple projects in hand, the actor has kicked off the year on a busy note and is currently expected to be abroad wrapping up his film Chhava. On the occasion of his birthday on May 16, the actor received a special birthday post from his father and former action director Sham Kaushal as well as his actor-brother Sunny Kaushal.

A proud father, Sham Kaushal has always expressed his happiness over the success of his son Vicky Kaushal. On the occasion of his birthday, Sham traced the journey of his son from his childhood days to the current star he has become and penned a sweet note saying, “Happy Birthday Puttar (Son). Love u & proud of u. May God’s blessings be always with u. Always feel blessed to have u as my son.” In the series of photos, he also made a special reference to the actor playing the historical figure Chatrapathi Sambhaji Maharaj in Chhava as he said, “This photo was taken in 2001 on the sets of Asoka & only God knew that 23 years later u will be doing the sword fight in & as CHAAVA. Sab Rab di meher (May god bless you). Jor di jhappi (a tight hug).”

Expressing his love for his brother was also Sunny Kaushal, best known for films like Shiddat, Mili, and Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga, who also shared a birthday wish for his brother along with a comparison of his childhood and his current days, and said, “36 saalon mein zyada toh kuch nahi badla… Happy birthday cutie”.

While Vicky got some sweetest wishes from his family, the actor’s wife Katrina Kaif is yet to wish him on social media. On the work front, apart from his much-talked about Chhava where he will be seen alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Vicky also has Bad Newz with Triptii Dimri in the pipeline for release.
