Kilfoyl Selected in Athletes Unlimited Softball College Draft

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State Softball's Lexi Kilfoyl was selected as part of the Athletes Unlimited Softball College Draft, it was announced tonight.
The 2023 third-team All-American was one of 15 athletes selected in the draft that will compete in the league starting in late July.
Recently named the Big 12 Pitcher of the Year, Kilfoyl is in the midst of a stellar senior season as the ace of the Cowgirls' pitching staff. Boasting an ERA of 1.13, good for fourth in the nation and first in the Big 12, the graduate senior also leads the conference in wins (21) and shutouts (six), with her 119 punchouts on the year ranking second in the conference.
Kilfoyl is the seventh Cowgirl to be drafted by Athletes Unlimited, and the 25th Cowgirl in school history to be selected in a professional draft.
Kilfoyl and the rest of the Cowgirls return to action at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17, against Northern Colorado as part of the 2024 NCAA Stillwater Regional. Fans can watch the contest on ESPN+ or can listen on the Varsity Network app.
